I Won A 4-Degree Guarantee Umbrella

On October 6th, 2010, I won an umbrella from WKOW-TV in Madison, WI. I think I sent a postcard in for this almost 10 years ago. So, I have to wonder which old apartment of mine they will be sending that umbrella to.

The rules of the 4-degree Guarantee contest is as follows:

If 27 Storm Track Meteorologist Bob Lindmeier's forecast is ever off by more than 4 degrees you could win a "Bob Said it Would" umbrella from WKOW 27.
